Discussion on Correlation between Pulmonary Collateral and Pathogenesis of Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis
摘要
Abstract
Through the research of the evolutionary history of pulmonary collateral,it is found that the lung appeared in the higher vertebrate animal period and its evolution had something to do with the ectoderm and the endoderm,the collaterals evolved from the mesoderm.Through the research of the documents about pulmonary collateral,it is found that the pulmonary collateral had the function of linking nutritive qi with defensive qi,elevating pathogenic qi,irrigating qi and blood,etc.Based on the functional characteristics of the pulmonary collateral and the theory of correlation between the lung and the heart,the pulmonary fibrosis pathogenesis is proposed as the burning of the lung by the heart fire which causes yin deficiency and blood stasis in pulmonary collateral.It provides a new theoretical basis for improving the clinical efficacy of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.关键词
