摘要
Abstract
This paper discusses the theoretical basis of treating carcinous skin pruritus from yang depression.It is believed that the basic pathogenesis of tumor is the disorder of the ascending and descending movement of qi and yang depression involves in the whole pathological course.In a word,yang qi stagnates on the skin surface due to the disorder of qi movement and the stagnated qi transforms into fire on the skin surface.Then the nutritive qi and defensive qi lose their harmony and the qi and blood fail to nourish the skin.Finally,the carcinous skin pruritus appears.Following the principle of regulating and lifting the primary qi movement,the lifting yang and dispersing fire method can be used for treatment of carcinous skin pruritus.关键词
