加味益气丸联合驻春胶囊预防骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折PKP后再骨折效果观察
Effect of Jiawei Yiqi Pill Combined with Zhuchun Capsule on Refracture after PKP for Osteoporotic Vertebral Compression Fractures

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Jiawei Yiqi pill combined with Zhuchun capsule on preventing refracture after percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP) for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCFs).Methods:A total of 87 cases of OVCFs patients were divided into group A and group B according to the treatment methods they choose.Patients in group A were given Jiawei Yiqi pill combined with Zhuchun capsule for oral administration.Patients in group B were given calcium carbonate D3 for oral administration.Both the two groups were treated for 6 months.The bone mineral density and the refracture rate of the two groups before treatment and 1 year after the PKP were compared respectively.Results:One year after the PKP,the bone mineral density value of the two groups were increased,which were statistically different from those before the PKP(P＜0.05).The improvement of bone mineral density of group A was better than that of group B,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).One year after the PKP,the refracture rate of group A was 14.4％ and the group B was 21.1％.There was a statistical significance between the two groups(P＜0.05).Conclusion:After the PKP,Jiawei Yiqi pill combined with Zhuchun capsule can increase the bone mineral density of patients with osteoporosis and prevent refracture in a certain extent.关键词
