腰突颗粒治疗气滞血瘀及肝肾亏虚型腰椎间盘突出症疗效对比研究
Comparative Study of Clinical Effects Of Yaotu Capsule on Lumbar Disc Herniation of Liver and Kidney Insufficiency Syndrome and Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To comparatively investigate the clinical effect of Yaotu capsule on lumbar disc herniation of liver and kidney deficiency syndrome and qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:A total of 270 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected as the study objects.Patients in group A(n=90) were diagnosed as liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.Patients in group B(n=90) were diagnosed as qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.The rest 90 patients in group C were not given syndrome differentiation.Patients in group A and group B were given the decoction of Yaotu capsule for oral administration,20 mL a time,2 times a day.Patients in group C were given oral diclofenac sodium dual release enteric-coated capsule for oral administration,75 mg a time,2 times a day.All the 3 groups took 10 days as a course and the treatment continued for 2 courses.The pain visual analogue scale(VAS) score and oswestry disability index(ODI) of the 3 groups were evaluated before treatment,1 course after treatment and 2 courses after treatment respectively.Two courses after treatment,the clinical effect of the 3 groups were evaluated according to Standards for Diagnosis and Curative Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Disease and Syndrome.Results:Both 1 course and 2 courses after treatment,the VAS score and ODI of the 3 groups were decreased,which were statistically different from those before treatment(P＜0.05).Furthermore,the VAS score and ODI of group A were lower than those of the other two groups and the difference were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The curative rate and effective rate of group A were better than those of the other two groups and the difference were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Yaotu capsule on lumbar disc herniation of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome was better than that on liver and kidney deficiency syndrome.关键词
