Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of moxibustion combined with acupoint application of Wenshen Guquan salve on urination disorder after stroke.Methods:A total of 100 patients with urination disorder after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The treatment group was given basic treatment plus moxibustion combined with acupoint application of Wenshen Guquan salve,while the control group was given basic treatment plus Suoquan pills.All patients were treated for 15 days.After treatment,their urinary function grade and residual urine volume were observed and the curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the patients' urinary function grade and reducing residual urine volume.The difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92％ and the control group was 10％.The difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Moxibustion combined with acupoint application of Chinese medicine has good effect on urination disorder after stroke.关键词
