张伟辨治原发性纤毛运动障碍经验
Experience of Professor ZHANG Wei in Differentiating and Treating Primary Ciliary Dyskinesia
摘要
Abstract
Primary ciliary dyskinesia is a kind of multiple abnormal genetic disease caused by the defects of the ciliary structure.It is a rare disease in clinic and is difficult to treat.Professor ZHANG Wei believes that the disease is caused by congenital deficiency.When the lung and kidney is deficient,qi fails to transport body fluid and body fluid accumulates to be sputum.Finally,the sputum transfers into heat and then causes the disease.So the clinical treating methods are clearing heat,resolving sputum,invigorating spleen,nourishing yin and consolidating the root,which can achieve a good effect.This paper analyzes Professor ZHANG's clinical experience in treating the disease and lists two typical medical records,hoping to provide some inspirations for treatment of the disease.关键词
