HPLC-ELSD法测定黄芪中四种皂苷类成分的含量
Determination of Four Saponins in Radix Astragali by HPLC-ELSD
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the feasibility of determination of four saponins in radix astragali by HPLC-ELSD method.Methods:The four saponins were analyzed with a ZORBAX SB-C1s column(4.6 ×250 mm,5 μm) by gradient elution using water-acetonitrile as mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.8 mL/min.The carrier gas flow rate was 1.2 L/min and the temperature of drift tube was 105 ℃.Results:The contents of astragalosid,astragalus saponin Ⅰ,astragalus saponins Ⅱ and astragalus saponins Ⅲ were 4.40 mg/g,0.28 mg/g,1.42 mg/g,1.31 mg/g,respectively.The four kinds of saponins in radix astragali showed good linear relation within the rage of 0.476 ～ 5.712 μg,0.139 ～ 8.340 μg,0.434 ～ 6.944 μg,0.392～4.704 μg,respectively.The RSDs of the precision test were 2.25％,0.81％,2.52％,2.31％,respectively.The average recovery rates were 101.84％,98.96％,103.27％,100.35％,respectively.Conclusion:This method is rapid and accurate.It can be used for the determination of the content of four kinds of saponins in radix astragali.关键词
