瓜蒌皮不同提取物干预急性心肌缺血的药效学研究
Pharmacodynamic Study on Effect of Different Extracts of Trichosanthes Pericarpium on Acute Myocardial Ischemia

Abstract
Objective:To systematically compare the pharmacodynamic differences in intervention of acute myocardial ischemia(AMI) among different extracts of trichosanthes pericarpium,so as to provide reference for making the material which plays the effect in the herb clear.Methods:Pericarps of trichosanthis pericarpium from geo-authentic areas were selected as the objects to prepare water decoction,water extract and alcohol extract.By ligating the coronary artery of Wistar rats,the AMI model was established.The 3 kinds of extract of trichosanthis pericarpium were given to the model rats by gavage.The changes of the electrocardiogram △ ST-section were recorded by the physiological recorder for testing the heart function.The myocardial tissue was stained with triphenylte trazoliam chloride(TTC) for measuring the myocardial infarction area and rate.The activity of creatine-kinase (CK),creatine-kinase-MB (CKMB),aspartate transferase (AST),α-hydroxybutyrate acid dehydrogenase(α-HBDH) and lactate dehydrogenase-A(LDH-A) were detected by biochemical kit.Results:Both the water extract of trichosanthis pericarpium and trichosanthis pericarpium decoction can reduce the △ST value,myocardial infarction area and the serum activity of CK,CK-MB,LDH,AST and α-HBDH of the model rats.Compared with the model group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜ 0.05 or P＜0.01).The alcohol extract did not improve the above indicators obviously.Conclusion:On AMI model rats,the water extract and decoction of trichosanthis pericarpium show significant protective effect and the effect of the water extract middle dosage group is more significant.The effect of alcohol extract of trichosanthis pericarpium is not obvious.关键词
