Abstract
In order to implement the national Provisional Regulations on Enterprise Information Publicity, Premier Li Keqiang inspected the business system reform at the State Administration for Industry and Commerce in March 2015, who gave rigid requests to the relevant departments that the reform of "three-in-one certificate with a single number" must be achieved in the year. This paper puts forward the construction of Yunnan enterprise credit information publicity and "One License, One Code" integrated business service platform. The platform plays a huge promoting role in deepening the business system reform and relaxing regulations over market access, putting the market supervision and external services in place under the new normal situation, as well as rapidly promoting Yunnan province into the advanced ranks in the country for market supervision and government services.关键词
