我国木质品质量问题发生的特征分析——基于877家木质品企业抽检不合格产品
Analysis on the Quality Characteristics of Chinese Wood Products Based on the Off-test Wood Products from 877 Enterprises

Abstract
Based on the quality test data of wood products from 877 enterprises, this paper analyzes their quality characteristics from the three dimensions, time and space trends, product categories and brands and reasons of quality problems. The results show that the obvious decreased unqualified rate of products in China's wood products industry; the unbalanced regional distribution for the frequency of unqualified wood products with high frequency in Guangdong, Shandong, Jiangsu, Hebei and Sichuan; main quality problems in the wood-based panel and wood furniture; inconspicuous protection role of brands in wood products quality, high proportion of the unqualified products in the brand enterprises; quality problems in the high formaldehyde level, unqualified mechanical properties and expansion rate of water-in-take thickness.关键词
