Abstract
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and characteristics of Yangxinshi tablet in Iodine treatment of Hyperthyroidism.Methods: A total of 86 cases of patients (23 males and 63 females, aged 19~72 years old) diagnosed as hyperthyroidism and having received iodine treatmen, were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 43 cases in each.The treatment group was given "iodine and Yangxinshi tablet" and the control group was given "iodine and β-Blocker" (Metoprolol or Bisoprolol).All patients were given Yangxinshi or Bisoprolol respectively after iodine treatment.Follow-up time: before and 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 weeks after the treatment, 7 times in all.Follow-up contents: clinical symptoms, body weight, blood pressure, heart rate, electrocardiogram, and thyroid function.Results: No adverse reaction was detected in the observation on the treatment group There was no statistical significance in the efficacy by comparing the two groups.In the treatment group, the palpitation of the patients (heart rate<100 BPM) was relieved after 2-4weeks;patients (heart rate>100 BPM) were not relieved until 8-10weeks later.Conclusion: Yangxinshi tablet shows eminent therapeutic effect without obvious adverse reaction in the Iodine treatment of Hyperthyroidism.The heart symptoms will be better relieved in patients(heart rate>100 BPM) by receiving Yangxinshi tablet combined with β-Blocker.关键词
