多元化通航人才培养模式的构建
On the diversified personnel training mode for general aviation industry
摘要
Abstract
The development of general aviation industry has improved the transportation system in China and stimulated the growth of new regional economy such as agriculture and forestry.As the multi-development of general aviation market,not only the requirements for the aircraft type,the quantity of the aircraft and the service quality,but also the demand for the professional capability of general aviation talent are getting higher.The most important task for industry development is to create a decent human resources environment and allocate social resources reasonably.By analyzing the current situation of human resources and demand of professional skills,we explored a new diversified personnel training mode for general aviation industry from three aspects,including academic education,non-academic education and on-the-job training by enterprises.The research can provide suggestions for training innovative and practical human resources of aviation industry to meet the needs of the industry development.关键词
