基于DEA的体育场地建设效率评价研究——以辽宁省为例
Efficiency Evaluation of Construction of Sports Venues Based on DEA with Liaoning Province as an Example

Abstract
From two aspects of region and sports venue type,this paper studies the public sports venues construction efficiency through data envelopment analysis (DEA)method.The results showed that:1)The comprehensive efficiency of public sports venues construction in Liaoning province was higher and cities got an average of 0.805.The different types of sports venues scored an average of 0.470.7 cities and 0 kind of sports venue were efficient according to the DEA.2)From city to city in Liaoning province,between the different types of sports venues there were many differences between public sports venues construction efficiency,and the standard deviation was 0.248 and 0.211.3)After adjustment,all the scores appeared varying increase in cities and different types of sports venues construction efficiency.12 cities and 2 kinds of sports venues reached the DEA effectively.Pure technical efficiency achieved the best condition.All these show that the public sports venues construction efficiency is only affected by scale factor.4) Land area and staff input are negatively correlated with the comprehensive efficiency of public sports venues construction;venue numbers,social donations,revenues and other funds are positively correlated with the comprehensive efficiency of public sports venues construction.关键词
