Thoughts on Cheating Play of 2016 NBL Final:Discussion on New Perspective of Chinese Basketball League Reform
摘要
Abstract
Based on Marx's spiritual production theory,this paper analyzed the mechanism of cheating in Game 4 of 2016 NBL Finals in depth.The results show that:firstly,cheating play should be treated as low-quality spiritual product;secondly,more efforts and more effective management should be brought to bear on cheating and unsportsmanship(referee cheating and gambling) in the league according to the classical economic law of "bad products drives out good ones".With a number of cheating games found out through literature reviews and field survey methods,the priority of building a fairer governance system should be higher than property right reform(separation between management and operation)in terms of improving Chinese professional basketball league.Restricting rent-seeking in networks and increasing fairness of games are the keys to raise game-productivity in China,and are must-do things based on core values of Chinese socialism.The study also proposed corresponding countermeasures to the above-mentioned problems.关键词
