成型压力对GZO陶瓷靶材无压烧结致密化的影响
Effect of Forming Pressure on Densification of GZO Ceramic Target Prepared by Pressureless Sintering

Abstract
In this article,GZO-3Ga ceramic green bodies (ZnO∶Ga2O3 =97∶3 wt%) were formed at different pressures and pressureless sintering.The effect of forming pressure on the density,crystal structure,microstructures and sintering behavior are investigated.The phase composition of the specimens are examined by X-ray diffractometer.The microstructures of specimen fractures are examined under field-emission SEM.The thermal shrinkage curves are analyzed by thermal dilatometer.The densities of specimens are measured by Archimedes method.The results show that the forming pressure has a promoting effect on solid phase reaction of ZnGa2O4 during the sintering process.When the forming pressure increased from 120 MPa to 200 MPa,the increasing the amount of ZnGa2O4 leads to an improvement of sintering temperature.The specimen compressed at 200 MPa possessed the highest theory density of 93.54%TD.关键词
