摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of laser combined with Kangfuxin solution for the treatment of light recurrent oral ulcer.Methods Between February 2014 and August 2015,a total of 180 patients with light recurrent oral ulcer were equally randomized into group A (laser),group B (Kangfuxin solution) and group C (laser + Kangfuxin solution) at the Hospital of Mentougou District.The corresponding treatment regimen in each group lasted 6 days.The follow-up lasted a year.To drawn up effect of classification with combine pain index and average ulcer stage (healed/significantly effective/ effective/ invalid),effective rate =(number of healed + number of significantly effective + number of effective) /total number.The efficacy rate was calculated according the curative effect of the three groups.Results The effective rate was 78.33％ for group A,85.00％ for group B and 96.67％ for group C.The difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Laser combined with Kangfuxin solution can quickly relieve the pain of light recurrent oral ulcer and shorten the average duration of ulcer.关键词
