改进的IFOWG算子在海军装备决策中的应用研究

摘要
Abstract
A new integrated operator based on the intuitionistic fuzzy ordered weighted geometric(IFOWG)operator is de-veloped,which is named as D-IFOWG operator. The D-IFOWG operator has still retained the properties of the original operator, made up for the defects that the single attribute dominates while other attributes are ignored,and considered the attribute indexes more comprehensively so that a reasonable scheme can be selected. The linear bias is introduced in this paper because the actu-al marine climate affects the deviation between the overall value of the navy equipment and subjective preference of the com-mander,which can reduce the deviation as much as possible so as to determine the weight of the impact factors,rather than sub-jective weighting. The D-IFOWG operator has been applied to the selection of navy equipment,which further shows the feasibili-ty and practicability of the operator.关键词
