摘要

Abstract

For the safety requirement of the high-voltage power battery of hybrid power automobile,a dynamic insulation re-sistance detection circuit with rapid response was designed. The design theory of the insulation detection circuit is analyzed. The detection accuracy of the battery pack's positive and negative high-voltage buses connected with different insulation resistances was tested. The test results show that the circuit has high measuring accuracy,and its error is less than 5% while detecting the insulation resistance below 1 MΩ,which satisfies the practical design requirement.
