摘要
Abstract
This paper introduces the concept and the main manifestation of the false statement in the securities market in our country, and puts forward the viewpoints of the recognition of the civil liability in the securities market from the contract responsibility and the tort liability.This paper summarizes the viewpoints on the subject of civil liability in the securities market from the perspective of narrow sense and information disclosure, and then analyzes the causes of the question of the subject matter of the civil liability of the false statement in the securities market, puts forward their own opinions, sums up the civil affairs of the securities market.This paper puts forward the civil liability of false statements in China's current securities market, which is based on the laws and regulations such as China's Securities Law.It suggests that we should expand the scope for civil subjects' affirmation, empty-type false statements should be included in the scope of adjustment, etc.关键词
