南京地区30例犬钩端螺旋体病的调查研究

Abstract
Canine leptospirosis epidemic situation was investigated in Nanjing.Thirty cases identified by PCR were analyzed for the susceptible animal,transmission,date of onset,symptoms.The data were obtained from the pet hospitals in Nanjing.The result showed that the young adult male dogs which were non-castrated and non-immuned has a high incidence of leptospirosis.Early disease mainly presented vomiting,lethargy,oliguria,conjunctival hyperemia,and other symptoms.The incidence of canine leptospirosis was higher in the rainy months than in the months of little rain in Nanjing area.Because the number of Teddy dogs was higher than that of the other breeds in Nanjing region,Teddy dogs accounted for 50％ of canine leptospirosis.关键词
