摘要

Abstract

The effect of the different factors on t8/5 of heat affected zone was simulated by the SYSWELD for the in-service welding of the natural gas pipeline.Based on heat source model which was verified by the experiment,the influence of the wall thickness,the flow rate and pressure of the gas,ambient temperature,welding line energy on the t8/5 was studied.The results show that the t8/5increased with welding line energy,preheating temperature and environmental temperature increasing;the pipe wall thickness,gas velocity,pressure and t8/5 negative correlation;and with the increase of welding speed,t8/5 decreased first and then increased.
