Abstract
The three dimensional(3D) model of steam autoclave swinging device of the side door was established based on ANSYS Workbench platform,and the stress and deformation of the structure were also analyzed.The stress of the shaft was tested by the electrical measuring method.The experimental results were compared with the finite element analysis results and the credibility and the effectiveness of the finite element analysis results were verified.The results show that the shaft is dangerous device and the largest stress occurs at the root of fixed shaft during the working process of the swing device;meanwhile,the largest deformation locates at the settlement direction(-y direction)of kettle door,which affects the normal shut of kettle door.During the design process of steam autoclave swinging device,we need to focus on the safety of shaft and the stiffness of strengthen rocker end,which can improve the security and stability of the device.The finite element analysis results of the steam autoclave swinging device has higher reliability.The research results could provide the theoretical support for the design and the optimization of the swinging device.关键词
