Abstract
To explore Xinjiang region chronic gastritis symptom performance characteristics which can provide scientific basis on the prevention and control of chronic gastritis in this area.Methods: The clinical epidemiological survey method in Xinjiang region chronic gastritis cases, and with the domestic relevant survey data to compare, so as to reveal the similarities and differences of chronic gastritis symptoms in Xinjiang region and other domestic provinces and regions.Results: Xinjiang region chronic gastritis with pain in the stomach, gastrectasia, pantothenic acid, anorexia, dry mouth, belching, like warm xi press, languid, accept less, mouth, bitter, nausea, chest wan new frowsty, body weight limb tired, upset, or pain channeling threat back as multiple symptoms.Xinjiang shortness of breath, epigastric heat, KouDan much saliva, pain channeling threat back, pantothenic acid, nausea, chest frowsty wait for new wan liver stomach discord, stomach, liver stomach fu-qi yu fire card is the mainland multiple, and vomiting food, move bowels thin pond, defecate is not free, body weight limb tired and upset stomach qi, such as the inverse, the spleen and stomach hot and humid card is the mainland less hair;Xinjiang chronic gastritis symptom appear frequency composition and Beijing relatively close, followed by liaoning, and guangdong relative distance, followed by Shanghai;Xinjiang chronic gastritis particularity of symptoms pathogenesis mainly for stomach qi stasis, stomach Yin deficiency, liver, spleen and stomach gastric don't accumulate wet to wait, all with northwest dryness syndrome affect relevant.Conclusion: Xinjiang region chronic gastritis is different from other domestic provinces symptoms performance characteristics, and Xinjiang exist northwest dryness syndrome is the main cause of produce this particularity.关键词
