摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of apigenin on serum levels of CD44v6 and VEGF in osteosarcoma rats.Method: The osteosarcoma models were established and randomly divided into following 5 groups: model group, cisplatin group (10 mg.kg-1), apigenin (1, 2, 4 mg.kg-1) groups.The rats were administered for 30 days.Twenty four hours after last administration, the osteosarcoma tissues were weighed.The pathological changes of osteosarcoma tissue were observed by HE staining.ELISA was used to investigate the serum levels of CD44v6 and VEGF in osteosarcoma rats.Results: Compared with model group, the weight of osteosarcoma in cisplatin and apigenin groups were decreased.The serum levels of CD44v6 and VEGF were also decreased by cisplatin and apigenin.Conclusion: The apigenin could inhibit the proliferation of osteosarcoma tissues and reduce the CD44v6 and VEGF levels of osteosarcoma rats, this may indicate that apigenin could inhibit the growth of tumor cells of osteosarcoma and the formation of new blood vessel.关键词
