Abstract
Objective:Explore the laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy with the clinical effect of uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock.Methods :Retrospective analysis of the June 2015 ~ June 2016 laparoscopic surgical treatment of 108 patients with ectopic pregnancy;Which combination of uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock, 31 cases (shock group), the remaining 77 patients without shock signs (not shock group).Immediately after admission to correct shock shock group, and general anesthesia downlink laparoscopic exploration actively, according to whether to retain reproductive function tubal excision or open the window, were taken respectively ovarian tissue resection.Consequence: Shock were found in group a is part of fallopian tube pregnancy in 2 cases, 8 spondylolysis, pot belly 20 cases, 1 case;ovary Of these 24 patients underwent resection of the fallopian tube, 6 underwent tubal fenestration, 1 underwent ovarian tissue resection;Intraoperative in addition to the amount of blood transfusion is similar between the two groups is significant (P < 0.05), intraoperative blood loss, operative time, postoperative analgesia, postoperative anal exhaust, and the length of time there was no significant difference compared (P > 0.05);In the two groups were without complications.Conclusion: Ectopic pregnancy with uncontrolled hemorrhagic shock at the same time in the positive and effective resistance to shock, laparoscopic surgery is safe and feasible operation.关键词
