联合酚妥拉明治疗小儿肺炎合并心衰的临床观察
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical treatment of heart failure combined with phenol in children with infantile pneumonia in the treatment effect of phentolamine.Methods: from July 2016 to January 2017, our hospital treatment of children pneumonia combined with heart failure in 44 cases, combined with the order of treatment were randomly divided into two groups, the number is set as the control group.The number set for the observation group;the control group conventional treatment of anti infection and heart protection etc.cedilanid digitalis, observation group on the basis of the control group combined with phentolamine Baoxin treatment, clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results: the clinical effective rate of observation group were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was significant (P 0.05).Conclusion: in the clinical effect of combined treatment of pneumonia complicated with heart failure in children in the clinical treatment of phenol phentolamine treatment can effectively improve children, improve the treatment efficiency of children, disease control and prognosis of very good, worthy of promotion and application in clinical pediatrics.关键词
