探讨前列地尔序贯疗法治疗老年临床期糖尿病肾病患者的疗效

Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of alprostadil in elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods: We selected 128 patients who had treatment in our hospital from April 2013 to May 2015.The patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group (n =64).The patients in the control group received routine therapy.The experimental group received sequential therapy with alprostadil on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect and renal function of the two groups were compared.Results: The total effective rate was 96.88% (62 cases) in the experimental group and 78.13% (50 cases) in the control group, The former was significantly higher than the latter.P <0.05, the difference between the two groups is statistically significant.The levels of SCr, BUN, UAER and U-TP in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group.P <0.05, the difference between the two groups is statistically significant.Conclusion: Using alprostadil in elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy is significantly effective.It can effectively improve the patient's renal function, and has a certain degree of safety and effectiveness.It can be widely used in clinical treatment process.关键词
