微创稳定系统(LISS)和解剖钢板治疗股骨远端复杂骨折的对比研究
摘要
Abstract
Objective: to study the minimally invasive stabilization system (LISS) two methods with anatomical steel plate and the clinical effect of complex treatment of distal femoral fractures.Methods: in December 2015 to December 2016 were analyzed in 90 patients with fracture of distal femur complex is divided into two groups, control group 45 cases applied anatomy steel plate treatment and observation group 45 cases of application of LISS treatment, compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect.Results: the control group of HSS is 73.3%;HSS observation group was 93.3% (P < 0.05);Various clinical indexes observation group was obviously better than the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion: although the two kinds of schemes for treatment of complex distal femoral fractures are satisfactory, but the LISS can play more minimally invasive, security, the advantages of the fixation, reduces the risk of treatment, relieve the patient's physical and mental pain, less postoperative complications, is worth promoting in clinic.关键词
