Abstract
Objective:To study the preventive effect of EBN (Evidence-Based Nursing) in the postoperative complications after argon-helium cryosurgery of liver cancer.Method:60 patients with primary liver cancer treated from August 2012 to August 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 cases each group.All the patients would receive the argon-helium cryosurgery.The control group adopted the conventional nursing while observation group adopted EBN.The factors like postoperative complications of two groups were observed.Result:The incidence rate of postoperative complications of observation group (6.67%) was significantly lower than that of control group (30%) (P<0.05);before nursing, the pain score of two groups was not different (P>0.05);after nursing, the pain score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05);the satisfaction of observation group (96.67%) was significantly higher than that of control group (80%) (P<0.05).Conclusion: EBN can greatly reduce the incidence rate of postoperative complications after argon-helium cryosurgery of liver cancer, relieve the patients' pain and improve the satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.关键词
