手术配合护理在后腹腔镜下肾部分切除术患者中的应用体会
摘要
Abstract
Objective: to study the surgery with the application of nursing in the patients with laparoscopic renal resection.Method: choose 2014-2016 120 patients with renal tumor were divided into two groups: group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases).The control group used in the laparoscopic partial nephrectomy for patients;The team in the use of patients after laparoscopic partial nephrectomy to join on the basis of comprehensive nursing intervention measures.Results: the patients with team operation time, intraoperative blood loss and complication rates are less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusions: renal resection in the treatment, after laparoscopic surgery, is employed to care for the patient of surgery effect is good, patient satisfaction is high, can the clinical promotion.关键词
