探讨小儿过敏性紫癜的护理效果观察
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the effect of nursing care of children with Henoch Schonlein purpura.Methods: the research object is selected in our hospital from March 2009 to 60 cases of pediatric allergic purpura patients admitted from December 2010, the retrospective analysis of the clinical data, were randomly divided into treatment group 38 cases and control group of 22 cases, the treatment group were given nursing intervention on the basis of routine treatment, control group patients any nursing measures, comparative analysis of the clinical effect of the two groups.Results the total cure rate of the treatment group was 94.7%.The total cure rate of the control group was 86.3%, and the total cure rate of the two groups was P compared with Conclusion nursing intervention can reduce the recurrence rate, reduce complications and improve the clinical effect.关键词
