腹腔镜下直肠癌根治术的手术配合护理研究

Abstract
Objective: to analyze the characteristics and effects of laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical surgery.Methods: selected in January 2015-December 2016, 60 cases in our hospital were lines of patients undergoing elective laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical as research object, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group.The control group adopted the routine care model, and the observation group added targeted nursing intervention based on the control group.The differences in surgical time, blood volume, hospitalization and complication rate were compared in the two groups.Results: the observation group of patients in the operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay, postoperative complication rates were significantly better than that in control group, the comparison of differences between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion: through targeted nursing intervention can enhance the effect of laparoscopic surgery in patients with colorectal cancer radical, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve patient's prognosis.关键词
