Abstract
objective:To investigate the mechanism of curcuma polysaccharide (RZP) on inducing hepatic stellate cells apoptosis of rats.Method: The HSC-T6 cells were intervened with different doses of RZP (100 μg/ml, 200 μg/ml, 400 μg/ml) for 72 hours.The morphological changes of HSC-T6 cells were observed by light microscope.TUNEL method was used to determine the apoptosis of HSC-T6 cells after cells being collected.Results: Compared with model group, RZP could obviously inhibit the proliferation of HSC-T6 cells (P <0.01), meanwhile, could induce cells apoptosis (P <0.01).Conclusion: Curcuma polysaccharide could inhibit cells proliferation through inducing hepatic stellate cells apoptosis.关键词
