妇科肿瘤合并急性下肢深静脉血栓形成30例临床分析

Abstract
objective:To study the risk factors and clinical characteristics of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) on Gynecologic tumor, as well as diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of DVT.Methods: The medical records of 14 patients with gynecologic tumors and DVT treated in Peking University Third Hospital from Jan 1994 to Dec 2003 were analyzed retrospectively.Results: The average age of these patients was 55.2 year-old.13 cases were diagnosed by Colour code Doppler ultrasonography.Conclusions: Gynecologic Oncology with Acute DVT should pay attention.Colour ultrasonography is useful for diagnosis.Conservative therapy or surgical intervention is effective for acute DVT.关键词
