电视辅助胸腔镜手术治疗局限性结核性脓胸31例

Abstract
Objective To explore the feasibility of video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (VATS) for treatment of localized tuberculous empyema.Methods Clinical data of 31 patients with localized tuberculous empyema,who were treated with debridement and stripping of fibrous plate from Wuhan Medical Treatment Center between January 2013 and December 2016 were analyzed,in order to evaluate the effect of VATS.Results The VATS in 31 cases were all successfully performed.The operation time was (2.5±1.1) hours,the intra-operative bleeding volume was (275±97) ml,and patients discharged 10-12 days postoperative.Results of CT 1st,3th,and 6th months after operation showed that the residual cavity disappeared gradually,and the lung expanded well.Until April 2017 (the range of follow up was from 4 months to 3 years),no tuberculosis dissemination and recurrence were found.Conclusion VATS is effective in treatment of localized tuberculous empyema,it is also safe and reliable.关键词
