肠结核并发肠梗阻再次手术的临床分析(附12例报告)

Abstract
The clinical date of 12 cases,who received reoperations due to intestinal tuberculosis (TB) combined with obstruction from December 2013 to August 2016 in the Sixth People's Hospital of Zhengzhou,were retrospectively analyzed.In the 12 cases,7 cases were male while 5 cases were female.The range of the age was 16-63 years old and the median age was 32 years old.All cases were confirmed to be intestinal TB by the results of postoperative pathology.The causes that the 12 cases received reoperations respectively included:tuberculous intestinal obstruction (enterolysis in 4 cases and partial resection of intestine with primary anastomosis in 2 cases),tuberculous peritonitis resulted from celiac or pelvic abscess (abscess clearance and abdominal drainage in 2 cases),tuberculous intestinal perforation (partial resection of intestine with primary anastomosis in 3 cases,double-barrel enterostomy and the second-stage surgical trentment after physical fitness in 1 case).Individualized treatment were performed in the reoperations and all the 12 patients received the standard anti-TB therapy after the reoperation.All cases were successfully cured without further intestinal obstruction happened during the 6-month follow-up.In author's opinion,the optimal surgical treatment and the standard anti-TB therapy before and after the operation are the key to cure the patients with intestinal TB combined with obstruction.关键词
