Research situation of mitochondrial fusion protein 2 and cardiovascular disease
摘要
Abstract
Mitochondrial fusion protein 2 (Mitofusin 2,Mfn2) is a kind of binding protein involved in multiple functions and responsible for the regulation of mitochondrial morphology and function,which is distributed in the outer mitochondrial membrane,mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum membrane.Meanwhile,as an important intracellular signaling molecule,Mfn2 participates in the process of myocardial cell metabolism,proliferation,apoptosis,as well as,is closely related to the occurrence and development mechanism of many cardiovascular disease,such as hypertension,ischemia/reperfusion,dilated cardiomyopathy.This article will make a brief summary of the research situation of Mfn2 in cardiovascular disease.关键词
