富马酸喹硫平片联合阿立哌唑片治疗精神分裂症的临床研究
Clinical trial of quetiapine fumarate tablets combined with aripiprazole tablets in the treatment of schizophrenia

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of quetiapine fumarate tablets combined with aripiprazole tablets in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods A total of 70 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into control group (n =35 cases) and treatment group (n =35 cases).Control group was given aripiprazole,initial dose of 5 mg · d-1,bid,then according to the disease situation the dose of 20-30 mg · d-1 bid during one week.Treatment group was treated with aripiprazole 5-10 mg · d-1,bid,and the initial dose of quetiapine fumarate 100 mg · d-1,bid,according to the condition gradually increase to 400-600 mg · d-1,bid for treatment in one week,then 1 month after treatment,according to the specific patient will increase to 800 mg · d-1,bid.Two groups were treated for two months.The clinical efficacy,the brief psychiatric rating scale (BPRS),Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI),the positive and negative symptoms scale (PANSS) and adverse drug reactions were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rates in treatment and control groups were 88.57％ (31/35 cases) and 85.71％ (30/35 cases) without significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).After treatment,the main indexes in treatment and control groups were compared:the BPRS total score were (34.57 ± 2.67),(41.95 ± 1.64) points;PSQI scores were (6.49 ± 0.19),(13.05 ± 0.97) points,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).After treatment,the main indexes in treatment and control groups were compared:the positive symptom scores were (15.66 ± 1.21),(15.52 ± 1.32) points;negative symptoms scores were (14.84 ± 1.63),(15.13 ± 1.10) points;pathological symptoms were (31.37 ± 2.19),(31.32 ± 2.19) points;PANSS scores were (66.56 ± 2.34),(66.10 ± 2.37) points,without significant difference (P ＞ 0.05).Adverse drug reactions in treatment group was based on nausea and vomiting,tachycardia,akathisia and tremor,which in control group was mainly included insomnia,tachycardia,myotonia,akathisia and salivate.The incidences of treatment and control groups were 17.14％ and 45.71％,with statistically significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).ConcLusion In the treatment of schizophrenia,quetiapine fumaratecombined with aripiprazole have the same clinical efficacy as single use of aripiprazole,but the former can significantly improve the patient's condition and sleep quality with high security.关键词
