基于病理机制分类肺炎动物模型的研究进展
Research progress of classification of animal model of pneumonia based on pathological mechanism
摘要
Abstract
In recent years,due to the influence of atmospheric pollution,PM 2.5 prevailed,haze and other factors,the incidence of pneumonia at home and abroad rate continued to rise,and has been harmful to people's health and lives,should cause our enough attention.So how to prevent,treat pneumonia and develop related products has become a hotspot of research in the field of pharmacy.In order to explore the pathological mechanism of pneumonia and the drug treatment of pneumonia,it is often necessary to establish the animal model of pneumonia,and carries on the corresponding evaluation and investigation.This paper summarizes the recent common pneumonia animal model and evaluation index,and according to the classification of the pathological mechanism thinking animal models of pneumonia has carried on the comprehensive analysis and system arrangement.Ⅰ hope to provide certain reference and basis for the study of pneumonia related mechanism and the development of anti-pneumonia preparation.关键词
