Abstract
It is of great significance to enhance the collaboration between "2011 Plan" and "Excellent Agri-Talents Cultivation Plan" and realize the positive interaction between the two plans for the purpose of promoting the connotation development and the quality improvement for the higher education in China.With the support of disciplinary resources, personnel resources and project resources provided by the Collaborative Innovation Center, Hunan Agricultural University deepened its reform in the categorization cultivation, double tutorship system, curriculum system, teaching practice, students appraisal, and teaching methodology.System setup, incentive mechanism construction and condition guarantee have all been promoted to push the implementation of excellent agri-talents cultivation plan.关键词
