Abstract
The discipline development at agri-forestry universities are blemished with the problems such as lacking in leading scholars and landmark scientific breakthroughs, weak "symbiotic" effects of various disciplines, inadequate funding guarantee, and poor internal driving forces.Based on the social-economic needs and their own status-quo, the local agri-forestry universities should identify the new characteristics of their discipline development under the background of "double first-rates", adapt to the new situation, strive to create the first-rate discipline and upgrade the overall levels of education through reforming conceptions, highlighting characteristics, enriching original advantages, reallocating resources and focusing on key links breakthroughs, all for the ultimate purpose of improving the talents cultivation quality and social service quality.关键词
