Abstract
Internationalized agricultural technician and engineers talents should be equipped with the quality and competence to adapt to the internationalized times in addition to the mastery of agricultural techniques needed in their workplace.According to the questionnaires survey in internationalized agri-business enterprises in Jiangsu Province, the quality and competence mostly valued in those enterprises are: vernacular cultural knowledge, psychological quality, IT skills, international language skills, internationalized vision, cross-cultural competence, physical quality, etc.关键词
