On In-Service Training Effects and Influencing Factors for Grassroots Agricultural Cadres: Examples of Grassroots Agricultural Cadres In-Service Training in the Central Jiangsu Province

Abstract
Agricultural cadres at grassroots level refer to those cadres or rural public servants whose responsibility in the local agricultural related agencies or government offices is related to the agricultural management or agri-science extension or agricultural production.Recent years witnessed the state`s increased input in the in-service training of those cadres, but also some problems in the training.Taking the agricultural cadres training project of the Central Jiangsu Province at the Continuing Education College of NAU for example, the in-service training effects and their influencing factors were analyzed with SPSS, MMCS questionnaires and attribution methods, so that some guidance and suggestions were offered for the improvement of the effect and the design of future projects.关键词
