Surgical techniques of laparoscopic hepatectomy for hepatocellular carcinoma and cirrhosis
摘要
Abstract
Patients with liver cancer in China are often combined with varying degrees of liver cirrhosis, which results in additional surgical risks and technical barriers in every aspect of laparoscopic hepatectomy. Appropriate patient selection, reasonable trocar placement,sensitive identification and accurate localization of the cancer,correct resection plane, selective hepatic blood inflow control, precise parenchyma transection,actively preventing haemorrhage are the key techniques of successful laparoscopic hepatectomy for patients with hepatocellular carcinoma and cirrhosis.关键词
