听力正常成人短音ABR阈值与纯音听阈的关系研究

Abstract
Objective To evaluate TP-ABRs in determining hearing thresholds. Methods We tested 20 normal adults with TP-ABRs to determine normative values and the difference between TP-ABR response thresholds and audio-metric thresholds. Results The rate of TP-ABR waves Ⅰ, Ⅲ and Ⅴ identification was 100%at 0.5, 1, 2 and 4 kHz from the 20 normal adults. The wave Ⅰ latency showed statistically significant differences between click-ABRs and TP-ABRs at 0.5, 1 and 2 kHz, but not at 4 kHz;while latencies of waves Ⅱ and Ⅴ showed statistically significant differences from Click-ABRs at 0.5 and 1 kHz but not at 2 or 4 kHz. There was no statistically significant difference between TP-ABR and audiometric thresholds. Conclusions The differences between TP-ABR and audiometric thresholds vary across fre-quencies.关键词
