通调带脉针刺法治疗腹型肥胖伴轻度认知功能障碍疗效观察
Clinical Observation on Abdominal Obesity with Mild Cognitive Impairment Treated by Regulating Belt Vessel (Daimai) Acupuncture

Abstract
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of abdominal obesity patients with mild cognitive impairment treated by regulating belt vessel (Daimai) acupuncture.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into an acupuncture treatment group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The healthy education and necessarily basic internal medicine treatment were applied in two groups.Additionaly,in the acupuncture treatment group,regulating belt vessel (Daimai) acupuncture was used at Daimai (GB26),Tianshu (ST25),Daheng(SP15),Shuidao (ST28),Zhongwan (RN12),Waiguan (SJ5),Fenglong (ST40) and Zulinqi (GB41),with 3 times in a week and 12 weeks totally.Scores evaluated by Mini-Mental State Examination scale (MMSE),Montreal cognitive assessment (MoCA),body weight,body mass index (BMI),waist circumference (WC),waist to hip ratio (WHR),waist-to-height ratio (WHtR),body fat rate,fasting blood glucose (FPG),fasting insulin (FINS),total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG),high-density lipoprotein (HDL-L),lowdensity lipoprotein (LDL-L) and insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR) were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results:The score of MMSE in the acupuncture group was improved after treatment (P ＞ 0.05),but it was decreased in the control group (P ＞ 0.05).The difference between two groups was statistically significant(P ＜0.05).The MoCA score in the acupuncture treatment group was improved after treatment (P ＜ 0.05),which was superior to that in the control group (P ＜ 0.01).The body weight,WC,WHR,WHtR,BMI,body fat rate,FINS,TC,TG,LDL-L,HOMA-IR in the acupuncture treatment group were significantly reduced after treatment(all P ＜ 0.01),which were superior to those in the control group(all P ＜ 0.01,except HOMA-IR P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Regulating belt vessel(Daimai) acupuncture can improve the comprehensively cognitive function,lose weight and reduce fat,regulate lipid metabolism disorder and insulin resistance.关键词
