补土肃肺针法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床观察
Clinical observation on Butu Sufei Acupuncture Therapy in the Treatment of Cough Variant Asthma

Abstract
Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of Butu Sufei acupuncture in the treatment of cough variant asthma.Methods:Cough variant asthma patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.Two groups were given routine nursing care of respiratory medicine.The control group was given inhaled budesonide suspension combined with montelukast chewable tablets;the treatment group was given Butu Sufei acupuncture.Observe two groups before and after treatment according to symptom score,lung function and adverse reaction after 8 weeks of treatment,collecting the statistics of clinical efficacy.Results:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 94％ and the total effective rate of the control group was 82％.The difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).In the treatment group according to the symptoms (cough,expectoration,chest stuffiness) and lung function compared with those in the control group,there was a significant difference (P ＜ 0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:Butu Sufei acupuncture therapy can treat airway allergic inflammation,and can also treat the airway hyperresponsiveness.Moreover,it can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of cough variant asthma and improve lung function.关键词
