Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of regulating Du meridian and dredging brain acupuncture therapy on PSD.Methods:Ninety-eight patients with PSD were divided into two groups according to the digital random table method,with 49 cases in each group.The treatment group was given regulating Du meridian and dredging brain acupuncture therapy,and the control group was given fluoxetine hydrochloride capsules orally.The two groups were treated for 8 weeks.The Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) scores,the United States national institutes of health stroke scale (NIHSS) scores and Barthel index (BI) score of two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the total effective rate of two groups was compared.Results:There was no statistically significant difference according to HAMD,NIHSS and BI scores of two groups before treatment (P ＞ 0.05),and after 4 weeks and 8 weeks of the treatment,HAMD,NIHSS scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group (P ＜ 0.05);BI score of the treatment group after 8 weeks was higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05);the total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group (P ＜ 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Regulating Du meridian and dredging brain acupuncture therapy can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with PSD and nervous function defect,improve the quality of survival,and it has a curative effect in treatment of PSD.关键词
