Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Jin's three-needle acupuncture therapy combined with moxibustion on children with cerebral palsy.Methods:Eighty children with cerebral palsy,who were identified in acupuncture-moxibustion department and pediatric department from June 2013 to December 2015,were randomly divided into Jin's three-needle acupuncture therapy combined with moxibustion treatment group and traditional acupuncture group,with 40 cases in each group.Before and after treatment of 3,6 months,gross motor,fine motor,language and reactants were evaluated by Gesell Developmental Scales.Resuits:Gesell Developmental Scales were all improved obviously in both groups after treatment.Gesell Developmental Scales in Jin's three-needle acupuncture therapy combined with moxibustion treatment group were superior to those in traditional acupuncture group (P ＜ 0.05 or P ＜ 0.01).Conclusion:Jin's three-needle acupuncture therapy combined with moxibustion can significantly improve the clinical efficacy in children with cerebral palsy.It is worth popularizing in clinical application.关键词
