毫火针治疗早中期膝骨关节炎的临床疗效观察
Clinically Curative Effect of Filiform-fire Needling on Knee Osteoarthritis at the Early and Middle Stages

Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of filiform-fire needling on knee osteoarthritis at the early and middle stages.Methods:Sixty patients with KOA were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group according to the random digit table,with thirty cases in each group.The control group was given meloxicam tablets 7.5mg once a day.On this basis,the observation group was given filiform-fire needling once a day,and the acupoints were Xuehai,Liangqiu,Dubi,Neixiyan,Yanglingquan,Ashi etc.Both of the groups were given the treatment for five days a week,with a course of two weeks.The symptom score and the functional score of KSS in the United States were observed and analyzed comparatively,and the clinically curative effect was evaluated.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33 %,which was significantly higher than that of the control group of 80% (P < 0.05);after the therapy,the symptom score was significantly lower than that of pre-treatment in the same one group (P < 0.05),and the KSS score was significantly higher than that of pre-treatment in the same one group(P < 0.05);after treatment,the symptom score of the observation group was 8.02 ± 1.35,which was remarkably lower than that of the control group (P <0.05),and the KSS score of the observation group was 79.79 ± 9.54,which was remarkably higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Filiform-fire needling has an obviously therapeutic effect on knee osteoarthritis at the early and middle stages and it can relieve clinical symptoms and improve function of knee joint.关键词
